And So We Danced

And so we danced
Just we the fool
Like we were young
In ridicule
The club half-lit
With Spanish tints
Trying half-wits
And vying hints
Hungover thoughts
With some regrets
But older now
We place our bets
On levity
And longevity
As we imbibe
Fatality.
